I spent 18+ years as a caregiver for my mom. She was paralyzed from a stroke. As a caregiver I developed patience and understanding and a desire to help others, especially for them to be independent.
I spent more than 5 years as a Sales & Training Manager in the  smartphone industry. My job was to train sales people and customers on Google smartphones. Covering a territory of almost a 100 cellphone stores here in the Hampton Roads, everyday I would personally see people frustrated & confused with their phones and I say it doesn't have to be this way!

My background is unique and you won't find anyone with the combination of skills and experience I have.

You don't have to be smart to use a smartphone. This is something I can't emphasize enough. All types of people from all backgrounds are using smartphones. Why not you? Knowing a few key things about your phone will make all the difference. After learning with me, you'll have an understanding of the important features and layout of your device, and then automatically you'll feel more comfortable and confident using your phone.
